Next Thursday (21st), the Espírito Santo Research and Innovation Support Foundation (Fapes) will take another step toward internationalizing research in Espírito Santo. The institution will host Maria Zaira Turchi, Director of International Cooperation at the National Council of State Research Support Foundations (Confap), for a workshop titled: “Confap’s Experience and Initiatives.” The event will begin at 1:30 PM in the Fapes auditorium in Vitória.

The workshop is aimed at researchers and institutions interested in international partnerships. To participate, attendees must confirm their presence via the link provided in the “Service” section at the end of this article.

“We are pleased to create opportunities for our researchers to connect with global centers of excellence. This allows us to strengthen the scientific and technological development carried out by Espírito Santo’s institutions. This workshop is another way to broaden the internationalization of research in our state and is key to positioning Espírito Santo as an innovative and competitive region,” said Fapes’ Director General, Rodrigo Varejão.
